A: The Snapshots Team placed every individual photo with high importance and will quality control each photograph before uploading into the server. As there are thousands of photographs to be sorted and upload, we will take a few days to upload them.
Q: What if I really want to see my photograph immediately after the event?
A: You can simply click on contact us in Snapshots Homepage or email us at enquiry@snapshots.com.sg for your photograph. Kindly provide us with your name, race bib number as well as your contact details. We will revert to you shortly.
Q: How do I find my photograph once the photographs are available for viewing?
A: Once the photographs are posted online, you can either search your photographs by entering your name or race bib number in the search engine on our homepage. Alternatively, you can search for the event that you took part in and view all the photos.
Q: When I look for my photograph, I don't see my picture. How can I find my photograph?
A: The dynamic nature of commencement photography makes it challenging to take identifiable photographs of every participant. If you cannot find a photograph of yourself, you may find it worthwhile to look through the undefined section in the event. Simply search by the event name on the drop-down box at the home page and key in "undefined".
Q: I would like to take a look at the miscellaneous pictures of the event that I took part in, how do I do that?
A: At Snapshots homepage, you can just choose the event from the drop-down box and type in "miscellaneous" in the search engine.
Q: Do you have photographs of every participant for every event?
A: Unfortunately, no. While we do our best to capture top-quality, identifiable photographs of every participant, the circumstances of commencement event photography make this impossible. There are always a few participants who we were not able to capture.
Q: What can I do at the photo gallery after finding my photograph?
A: At the photo gallery, you can see your own photograph with a watermark in the picture. To enlarge the picture, simply click on the photograph itself. There are various items in the photo gallery to choose the product that you would like to order.
Q: How do I order a photograph?
A: After finding your photograph, you can order easily by choosing the available size of the product that you want from the drop-down box and stating the quantity you require. Either click on 'Add to cart' or 'Add all to cart' to access the shopping cart. You can easily amend your orders, continue to shop for more photos or check out at the shopping cart page.
Q: What is the Snapshots Package?
A: Snapshots Package is specially created by the Snapshots Team for our valued customers. The Snapshots package includes a 6R photograph without event logo and a 12R photograph with event logo. We also throw in a beautifully laminated certificate bearing your photograph, name and finished timing of your accomplishment.
Q: What is the Special Package?
A: Special Package comprises of almost every item available for purchase. You can save almost half the cost by getting the Special Package rather than purchasing the items individually. The Special Package includes 4R-12R photographs with event logo, a laminated photo certificate, a personalized mug with your photograph as well as a CD with your photographs in softcopy.
Q: How do I add more than one image to my order?
A: To order more than one image, simply click on continue at the shopping cart to bring you back to the photo gallery. You can access other photographs by using the search engine or the links available on every page. At any time during the ordering process, you can view your purchases by clicking on the shopping cart link at the top of every page.
Q: How long will it take once I order to receive my products?
A: Time to ship each order depends on the products ordered. Prints usually ship within one business week. Specialty products ship in 2-3 business weeks.

A: Simply log into Snapshots member area and click on 'View Transactions'. You can see all the transactions history as well as the shipping status of your products.

A: The pictures which you see online are screen-resolution representations and have lower resolution and quality than the actual images from which enlargements are printed. This technology allows you to view images which load up faster while still allowing Snapshots Team to achieve top-quality prints when an order is placed.
